The Online Program is a program designed to improve core strength, range of motion, upper and lower body strength and agility as well as develop and tone muscles you forgot you had. The program involves targeting many different core muscles at once, rather than isolating single muscles, to maximize the effects of each exercise.

There are 40 individual and unique routines designed to kick your ass by using a constantly changing arrangement of a large variety of exercises. This will provide you with a new routine each day you log in and in random order so you won't know which one you are about to enter. The brain loves a challenge and by keeping you guessing and unsure of what's in store, we're able to give you an experience more like that of a personal trainer or coach.

During the workout try your best to keep up with Nickolai, the athlete on your screen, but don't worry if you can't maintain his pace, he is a three time Olympic downhill skier. But use that as a target. It's more important that you maintain a steady pace for the entire duration of each exercise. You will benefit more from pushing yourself to complete the exercises in the time frame given than pushing yourself too hard and not completing the exercise. Just think, you could be as fit as an Olympic athlete if you continue to push yourself to his level. Be patient, but persistent, and you'll get there if you work hard enough to work your ass off.
