How To Lose 30Lbs in 30 Days By Following 5 Simple Rules

Rule # 1: no rice pasta bread potatoes sugar soda juice.

Rule # 2: you will eat 1/2 cup of soup every two hours. This help to speed up your metabolism.

Rule # 3: you must drink 1 glass of 8 ounce water every hour.

Rule # 4: you cannot eat or snack on anything after 7pm.

Rule # 5: try your best to get a least 7 to 8 hours sleep every night.

Let's get started:

First you need a 8 to 10 quart stock pot.

Ingredients:

1 table spoon of olive oil

1 or 2 clove of garlic

4 carrots

5 large ripe tomatoes

1 bunch celery

2 large white or yellow onion

2 green peppers

1/2 of a head cabbage

1 cup mushrooms

5 cup vegetable broth

2 table spoon unsalted Mrs. dash

1 tea black pepper ( it you like )

1/2 tea spoon Oregano

1/2 tea spoon Italian season

3 bay leaf.

Direction:

Add the olive oil let it hot

Add the onion and garlic and let it cook for 3 min then

Add all the vegetables and seasoning and cook for 5 to ten mins Then add the vegetable broth, cook for 1 hour.

This will last you for two weeks.

Suggestion:

You should freeze 1/2 pot for the following week.

You will eat this for the next 30 days for lunch and dinner. For breakfast you will eat egg white and berries.
