How to Lose 30 Lbs. in 30 Days by Juicing

What you need to get started:
1. A Good Juicer ( Breville highly recommended )
2. A Blender
Let's get started:
For the next 30 days you will be drinking these smoothies and juices through out each day.
Breakfast:
8 - 9 AM:
Smoothies ( only for breakfast )
Drink one 8 ounce glass
1/2 cup strawberry
1/2 cup pineapple
1/2 Bananas
1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
1 Cup Ice Cube
Put all of the ingredients into the blender and blend.
