How to Lose 30 Lbs. in 30 Days by Juicing

Following these simple steps and you guarantee to lose the weight.

What you need to get started:

1. A Good Juicer ( Breville highly recommended )

2. A Blender

Let's get started:

For the next 30 days you will be drinking these smoothies and juices through out each day.

Breakfast:

8 - 9 AM:

Smoothies ( only for breakfast )

Drink one 8 ounce glass

1/2 cup strawberry

1/2 cup pineapple

1/2 Bananas

1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice

1 Cup Ice Cube

Put all of the ingredients into the blender and blend.

10 Am to 7 PM:

You will be drinking one 4 Ounce glass every hour.

Juice:

2 Bunch Kale Leave ( 10- 16 )

1 large Cucumber

1 Bunch Celery

2 Green Apple

2 Cup Baby spinach

4 large carrots.

1 lemon

1 Large Piece Ginger

Put all of the ingredients into the juicer with the skin and juice away.
