GAINED 30LBS IN 3 MONTHS

Ectomorph, Hard Gainer AUSTIN LE Finally managed to put on some weight after being skinny all of his high school years!!! He's my friend who we finally put a solid diet and workout plan together so he can get BUFF!!! Now he gained some body fat, but he increased his strength by more than twice the weight that he started with. From a 90lb max bench to 205 max bench. When he cuts down, he will be a beast!
