How I lost 30lbs in 3 Months!

Start weight was 230

Weight now: 200.5

Goal weight: 170lbs

I do not set time limits on how much I should lose in a period of time

exercise will help push the results! I work in a pharmacy and on my feet daily for 6-8hours

so, please don't assume you DONT have to exercise. walk around your block, drink the tea while you walk. it'll flush EVERYTHING out!

this is the second success ive had with green tea and SWEAR BY IT!
