I also eat a pound of MicroWaved Brussel Sprouts each week (spiced with garlic and curry powders, plus cayenne and black peppers). Drink at least 2L of water/day and exercise 1 hr/day. My calorie count is roughly 2000 cal/day and I lowered my protein and fat intake. 600g of Kroger or Jason's Deli Salad Bars or Chicken Stir Fry on Brown Rice (no sauce) are my regular weekday lunch choices.
