Hello everyone! This video is really about my recent experience with the vegan lifestyle and my most recent conversion to the raw until 4 PM lifestyle. I discuss the perks to having gone vegan, such as weight loss. I have also experienced better skin, nails, and workout results. Also, I do talk about how being vegan does benefit more than oneself and contributes to making a lighter footprint while on this Earth. I am just stating my opinions and letting you guys know I do come from an omnivore lifestyle. So I am not here to place judgment but rather inspire you to try something new and let me know how it affects you :)
