How I Lost 30lbs: 15kg痩せた方法

Right now I have an incredibly healthy relationship with food, but this wasn't always so. At one point I was over eating and gained some weight, but I have managed to lose it plus some. It was a slow but incredibly steady process with little to no effort. For those who are done yo-yoing, done with starving themselves, done with all the fad diet disappointments, I wanted to share with all of you some of the tips that've helped me lose weight in hopes that you will find health and happiness :) Please understand that these worked for me. Everyone's different especially if you have any medical conditions.

何年か前までは食生がすごく荒れてて体重も増加しました。しかし今ではしっかり健康になって増えて分よりもさらに体重を落とすことができました。時間はかかったかもしれないけどほぼ全く苦労することなく今も楽に維持してます。リバウンド、ダイエット、断食、そんなのにもう飽きたという方に私が健康になった方法を教えたいと思います。そしてみなさんが健康と幸せを手に入れればと思います♡これはあくまでも私効いたものであって、みんな一人一人違うし得に体調が悪い人とかは何も約束はできません。
